Cancellation Policy
Service Overview: This package provides comprehensive support for your child’s EHCP annual review. It includes consultation to review all paperwork and reports, attendance at the annual review meeting (online or in person within the North West), and guidance on recommended updates or changes to provisions based on your child’s evolving needs. Booking & Payment: Bookings must be made in advance. Full payment per annual review is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full. Scope & Terms: The package covers consultation, review of reports and EHCP content, attendance at the annual review meeting, and written guidance on recommended updates. Additional consultations or extended support outside this scope may be arranged at £75 per hour. Travel fees may apply for in-person meetings outside the immediate North West area and will be agreed in advance. While every effort is made to provide accurate and helpful guidance, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Decisions remain the responsibility of the parent or carer. All discussions and documents are confidential and handled in line with GDPR requirements. Agreement: By booking this service, you agree to these terms and conditions.
