I provide dedicated SEND advocacy and support for parents, helping you navigate complex education and local authority systems with confidence. From initial consultations and EHCP applications to attending meetings, reviewing reports, and guiding you through refusals or tribunals, my services are tailored to your needs. With professional experience in education leadership, tribunal knowledge, and lived experience as a parent, I stand alongside you to ensure your child’s needs are understood, represented, and supported. You will receive calm, step by step guidance on next actions, so you feel supported and confident in challenging decisions and seeking resolution.
4. EHCP refuse to assess
If the Local Authority has refused your child’s request for an EHCP needs assessment, I can help you understand your options, review the decision, and draft a clear, evidence-based appeal statement. Support includes strategy sessions, document review, and guidance on submitting your appeal.

Includes:
- Review of refusal letter and supporting documents
- 60 minute strategy session to plan your appeal
- Draft parent-led appeal statement
- Guidance on submission to the tribunal
5. Meeting attendance
I offer professional advocacy support by attending meetings alongside you, ensuring your voice is heard and your child’s needs remain the focus. I help clarify discussions, challenge decisions where needed, and keep conversations constructive. This support is provided on an hourly basis, giving you reassurance and experienced representation during important meetings.
